What happens when I use all my Premium Property Reports?
Standard members get 15 reports per member per month. If you need more, purchase additional reports individually or upgrade to Advanced for unlimited. Your allowance resets each billing period.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no lock-in. Annual plans: cancel anytime and retain access for the remainder of your period. Upgrade or downgrade through account settings at any time.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual plans save 16% — equivalent to 2 months free. Standard: save ~$150/user/year. Advanced: save ~$480/year on the base plan.
What's included in the free Starter plan?
Starter gives you free access to property search, map exploration, basic property information, planning zones, overlays, and standard aerial imagery across all of Australia. It's free forever for 1 user — no time limit, no credit card.
How does Advanced plan pricing work for larger teams?
The Advanced plan is a flat fee of $200/month (annual) or $240/month (monthly) for up to 4 members. Need more? Additional members are $400/user/year (annual billing) or $40/user/month (monthly billing). Use the user calculator on the Advanced card to see your exact per-user rate and total. For example, a team of 6 on annual billing would pay $200/month plus 2 additional members at $400/year each — that's $3,200/year total.
